Consultancy
- Year group / Key Stage / whole school reviews - usually 1-3 days
- Curriculum review - usually 1 subject per half day or 2 subjects per day
- Leadership coaching
- Strategic planning - working with SLT to develop/refine improvement plans and SEFs
- Safeguarding audits - including SCR
- Subject leader interviews and developmental discussions
- Headteacher performance management
Training
All of the below examples can be delivered in one-off twilight training sessions or developed over a series of twilights of perhaps using a full INSET day:
- outstanding teaching and learning

First Aid
- Level 3 Paediatric First Aid - 2 days
- Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid - 1 day
- Level 3 First Aid at Work - 3 days
- Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work - 1 day
- Level 2 Basic Life Support - half day [3 hrs]
- Level 2 Basic Life Support + AED - half day [4 hrs]
- Non-certificated training as required - e.g. giving lunchtime staff the confidence to deal with choking or training staff in the use of a defib
